This refund policy is a legally binding agreement, which is made between NewApex OÜ., Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Roseni tn 13, 10111, +372 560 53 109 (“We”) or (“Us”) and You personally or, if applicable, the company, from behalf of which You use this website (“You”).
This refund policy regulates Your usage of this website (“Website”) and the services, which are provided with the aid of this website (“Services”), thus we kindly ask you to read this document carefully. This refund policy describes financial arrangements between You and Us.
We don’t give full or partial refunds, if You just change your opinion or take some wrong decision regarding your order of translation, please pay attention that all translations are made by the real people, whose work should be paid for, so any attempt to refund money for the ordered translation won’t be understood and accepted from our part.
Meanwhile, if You order translation from/to the language, which is not provided by our service, the money will be refunded to your account.
In the event if You want to stop using our service and to refund the unused money, please take into account that refunds are given only for the transactions, which were made not less than 6 (six) months ago, and the refund amount cannot be greater than your account balance, We don’t charge any commissions for the refunds.
In the event if You want to get your refund via the international wire transfer, please be aware that the commissions of all banks, which are involved into the transactions, are paid by the recipient (You).
All refund requests are processed within 14 days.
